Returns & Refund

Everything you need to know about placing orders, returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return.
  • Once approved, please ship the item back within 10 days.
  • Items kept beyond 30 days are considered used and may not qualify for refund or replacement.

Return Conditions

  1. Original packaging: include all manufacturer boxes, inserts and protective materials in clean, undamaged condition.
  2. Documentation: provide a valid tracking number and a brief reason for return.
  3. Accessories complete: include all cables, caps, power supplies, and promotional items that shipped with the product.

Refund Process

After your return arrives and passes inspection, we will:

  • Issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method (shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error).
  • Send a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us.
  • We recommend a trackable service (e.g., DHL/UPS/FedEx). For postal returns you can track via 17track.net.

Non-returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order products made to your specification.
  • Items with removed serial numbers, missing labels, or signs of misuse/alteration.
  • Consumables that have been opened/used (e.g., adhesives, thermal pads), unless defective.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email lilly.liu@q-baihe.com with your order number, product(s), and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with an RMA and the correct return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship using a trackable service. Share the tracking number with us.

Exchanges

Need a different model or quantity? The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Warranty

Most products include a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you encounter an issue, contact us with photos/video and your order number—we’ll help troubleshoot and arrange repair/replacement as applicable.
